Although great beach and location, not the best value for money, and I would rate it 4 not 5 stars
The beach, the location and the breakfast. Room service was pretty fast.
The staff is very slow. Although this is a primarily beach hotel, the room has only two bath towels, no floor towel, no hand towels. The staff is extremely slow during check in and check out. They should recruit more dynamic and cheerful staff for the reception.

Doesn't worth such a money !
Such an ugly place, really disapointed after paying 1700 $ for 9 nights, I can give it 1 or 2 stars max ! I will never return back
Everything, you have to pay everytime and everywhere a tip even for geeting you the morning !! I will never return beck and I advice you not to go

Great relaxing hotel
The hotel in best location direct on the beach, one of the best locations in Alexandria, very relaxing and nice sandy beach, all rooms with direct sea view,parking facility it's a plus at this location. Many restaurants and coffee shops just cross the street.
Breakfast can be better, the bed mattress needs to be replaced with more comfort ones.

Very bad experience
The location. Nothing else!
A lot! First of all, I believe this property should be ranked less than a five stars hotel! The bathroom in the room was poorly cleaned. Wifi wasn't working during my stay due to technical issues, as they said. The bed is not comfy at all.
